PROFESSOR CRANE SPEECH
A CLASS OF OVERCOME AND MOTIVATION
The day starts with a super motivational speech by professor Alberto Crane.
Alberto Crane is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and the first American to become a black belt under the Gracie Barra Academy banner.
Competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship and he is a former King of the Cage and Ring of Fire world lightweight champion.
Champion on and off the mats, he discovered a neurological disease and managed to overcome it. Today he is an example of strength and determination for all his students.

TACFIT CLASS
LET'S WARM UP AND MOVE OUR BODY
We're going to a special warm-up, where we can explore and understand our body's mobility and the connection between body and mind.
This practice takes away the bad thoughts and connects you with the present moment.
TACFIT (” Tactical Fitness”) began nearly 30 years ago when Founder Scott Sonnon began training Special Ops, NAVY Seals and other armed forces with a unique “mind-body” fitness approach.

SPECIAL JIUJITSU CLASS
INTERACT AND LEARN ABOUT JIUJITSU
We warmed up in the Tacfit class, now it's time to learn and practice the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu.
It is a moment of interaction and learning among the group. A unique opportunity to feel like a fighter. Feel the mat, enjoy the change of environment from day to day.

MUAY THAI
LET'S HAVE FUN AND RELEASE THE ENERGY
Let's get some water and now it's time to get the energy out. Let's learn about Muay Thai and have fun punching and kicking the bags. That's really good!
Body perception | Motor coordination and reflexes | Balance (physical and emotional) | Concentration | Stress relief | Increased self-confidence and flexibility.

REVIVE
REST, RECOVER, RESTORE.
After these three super classes, it's time to relax. Our therapists will take care of it.
We will do stretching and compression therapies. Let's live a recovery day like professional athletes.
This is very good for relieving stress and improving blood circulation. Leaving the body lighter and the mind clearer.

AÇAÍ JUNGLE
LET'S RESTORE ENERGY
We are coming to the end. But first, let's replenish our energies with a great healthy snack. Acai with fruits like Banana and Strawberry will complete this incredible experience of being an athlete for a day.
At this time, let's take the opportunity to talk and relax. Speaking of what an amazing day it was.

We have reached the end of the day. Everyone is connected, light and relaxed.
They are to be congratulated. And now they will be recognized with the "Legacy Experience" medal. A memory to keep forever.
At this time it is also time for the photo session with Professor Crane and all the instructors who made this day something unique and special for the group.
